How do I know if I can get wireless service?
High Speed Wireless Internet is available in the rural area from and including North West London (Hyde Park), north to Huron county and West to Lambton county. The service is provided from several access points north and west of London.
To qualify for wireless internet service you must be within a 13KM radius and have direct line of site to one of our wireless towers (check our tower locations here). If you have a TV tower this will give you a better chance. If you are in the coverage area but are not sure you can see the access point, feel free to contact us and we will come out to determine if you can get service.

How does wireless internet work?
A technician will come out to the customer’s premises to determine if the wireless connection will work properly and that there is a direct line of site to the tower. When ready for installation, an antenna is mounted on the outside of your house/or building to have a clear line of sight to the main tower. We then run a coax cable inside the home to an indoor subscriber unit. The Ethernet cable is installed into your computer or device (router, switch etc) connecting you to the internet. Like ADSL service, your computer must have an Ethernet/Network card for the service to work.

Is your High Speed Wireless connection unlimited?
We do offer unlimited hours or 24/7 connections for our Wireless service.

How fast is my connection?
Connection speeds range anywhere from 765kb to 3.5mb depending on that plan you select. To view plans we offer, click here.

How long will it take to set up service?
Generally we send a technician out as soon as one is available and in the area. Once he does the site survey, the service is set up within a few business days.

Will I be able to surf wirelessly in my home?
In order to have wireless internet in your home, you must have a wireless router. You can purchase one from us, or any computer store. Wireless High Speed Internet only brings the high speed connection wirelessly to the antenna. Inside of the home, you must have a wireless network in order to do so.

How many computers can we have on one Internet connection?
Your connection to the Internet is made to a single computer or a gateway/broad band router. The number of computers or servers you connect to the router is up to you. Please remember, the more computers you add, the greater the impact on the performance of your Internet connection.
