Outage on Feb. 11th

As I am sure you are aware, the internet service was down from 3:05pm until approx. 7:15pm on Thursday February 11th.  This was an issue external from our network and was caused by our fibre line provider changing a router and not copying our configuration to the new equipment.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and we are working with that company to try and ensure this doesn't happen again.
